perfect spot for exploring shops and parks
during my stay, I loved that we were just a few steps from Starbucks for our morning coffee and a short walk from The Shoppes at Grand Prairie, making it super easy to enjoy some shopping and dining while also being close to the baseball fields where we spent much of our time.

Gotta say, my family and I had a pretty decent stay at this place. The staff was friendly, and they had a really comfy room that met our needs.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but it was acceptable.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a spacious shower that had great water pressure and a nice Keurig coffee selection in the room.
Limited pool size.

missingWrote a review on Nov 11free parkinggreat amenitiesclean hotelcrowded lobby
We explored the Caterpillar and caught a game at the Civic Center. The hotel was clean, had a decent pool, and the location was easy to get to. Loved the free parking and the amenities like the exercise room. Would totally recommend it!
The only downside was the breakfast situation. It was pretty crowded and a bit chaotic in the lobby during the mornings, which made it tough for our team to eat quickly before our events.

The employees displayed remarkable hospitality during our chaotic stay for a baseball tournament, providing board games and local activity suggestions when the weather disrupted plans. The dining experience was a highlight, especially with kids eating free at the restaurant. Although the room size was smaller than anticipated, it was comfortable and clean, fully meeting our needs during the visit. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a plus for staying connected.

The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations with hot options that were delicious. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the modern decor and overall inviting atmosphere of the hotel.
Some areas of the hotel could use better attention to detail regarding cleanliness.

The cleanliness of the entire place was outstanding! 🧼 The only drawback was the room temp—it was too warm, even after adjusting the thermostat. Overall, a great stay despite that!

missingWrote a review on Sept 16outdoor patiokeurig coffeeglass showernoise disturbance
The outdoor patio with fire pits creates a cozy atmosphere for hanging out after a long day, while the nice finishing touches throughout the property keep things feeling fresh. Those Keurig coffee machines in the rooms provide a solid caffeine fix without needing to trek to the lobby, and the glass shower door shows they’ve thought about practicality over the usual shower curtain hassle.
The noise levels were truly something else. hallway stomping and slamming doors made it impossible to catch any sleep, with ruckus continuing until early morning. Even though the thermostat was fiddled with, the constant heat in the room made it feel like I was stuck in a thermal chamber. There was also a bit of disappointment in the limited dining options nearby, which left me scrambling for a decent meal outside of the hotel. All this made for a frustrating experience.
